After your material completes the thermal reduction phase, the remaining ash and residues move through our crushing, screening and blending department. At Noble Metal Services, this process is designed to eliminate variability in particle size and density to ensure consistent metal distribution. Our Process
Each lot is handled separately and is evaluated based on its composition and physical characteristics before processing. Materials are crushed, milled, screened, and blended to achieve a consistent particle size and uniform distribution of metal-bearing components.
Throughout the process, non-precious materials and components requiring separate handling are identified, removed and destroyed, ensuring only representative material proceeds to sampling and analysis. Every stage is carefully controlled to preserve material integrity while maximizing consistency across the entire lot.
